Maternity Web Site Reliability
Each maternity site listed within our unique parenting directory is scanned for a period
of 5 days (in a row) at intervals of 15 minutes from no less than
5 points around the world. We then get an average download time from
all 5 points. This means that we
will scan each maternity web site & parenting web site no less than 2,400 times. We will then determine
the number of times your site was unreachable by one of our 5 points
around the world and log that. Each time the site is unable to be
reached is a 2 point deduction.
Here's an example...
Number of times scanned: 2,400
Number of times unreachable: 6
Calculation: 100 - [6 * 2(pts)] = 88 or 88% Reliable
